At One Hundred Degrees, we take it a degree further.

One Hundred Degrees was created to complement  the Ninety9°'s Controlled Resistance Training method through mat Pilates and Yoga experiences hosted in vineyards, wineries, hotels, and beautiful spaces throughout the Niagara region.

While CRT challenges the body through resistance and controlled tension, mat-based movement develops mobility, recovery, balance, breathwork, and body awareness.

Combined, these modalities create a more complete approach to wellness; one that supports movement quality, nervous system regulation, recovery, and long-term health.

Different modalities serve different physiological purposes.

One00 Degrees

Research continues to show the benefits of outdoor movement, natural light exposure, circadian rhythm regulation, stress reduction, and varied movement patterns. While strength training plays an essential role in long-term health, optimal wellness requires more than a single modality.

One Hundred Degrees was created to complement the Ninety9 Degrees method of CRT through mat Pilates, yoga, and movement experiences hosted outside of a studio environment.

Mat Pilates develops core strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness through controlled, intentional movement. Yoga adds elements of flexibility, balance, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

Moving outdoors introduces an additional layer of benefit. Exposure to natural light helps regulate circadian rhythms, support healthy sleep patterns, and influence mood, energy, and overall well-being. Time spent in natural environments has also been associated with reduced stress levels and improved mental clarity.

The result is a more balanced approach to wellness.

While Ninety9 Degrees focuses on building strength through Controlled Resistance Training, One Hundred Degrees focuses on recovery, regulation, mobility, and connection; creating space for the body and mind to perform at their best.

Our classes are designed to be accessible to all experience levels, whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or have an established movement practice.

We recognize that health is influenced by more than exercise alone.

Human physiology is deeply connected to environmental inputs such as natural light exposure, movement, sleep, stress regulation, and time spent outdoors. These factors influence circadian rhythms, hormone production, nervous system function, recovery capacity, and cellular energy production.

Modern life has shifted much of our time indoors under artificial lighting and away from the environmental signals that have shaped human biology for thousands of years. Research continues to demonstrate the benefits of natural light exposure, outdoor movement, and time spent in nature for supporting mood, sleep quality, cognitive function, metabolic health, and overall well-being.

Through mat Pilates, yoga, and outdoor wellness experiences, One Hundred Degrees combines intentional movement with the physiological benefits of natural environments. These experiences are designed to support mobility, recovery, balance, nervous system regulation, and the body's natural ability to adapt and recover.

Hosted in vineyards, wineries, hotels, and beautiful outdoor spaces throughout Niagara, One Hundred Degrees offers a wellness-focused complement to the strength and performance methodology of Ninety9 Degrees.
