While every pregnancy is unique, some clients may safely continue training throughout their pregnancy with medical clearance. Due to the controlled resistance and emphasis on alignment, our Essentials: Foundation Series is the only class format recommended during pregnancy.
Essentials focuses on low-impact movement, core stability, and controlled tempo, allowing you to maintain strength and mobility safely.

Please consult your physician or prenatal care provider before attending class to ensure this type of movement is appropriate for your stage of pregnancy. Always inform your instructor prior to class so they can provide appropriate modifications.

CAN I DO NINETY9 DEGREES WHILE RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY?

If you’re currently recovering from an injury, we recommend waiting until your physician or physiotherapist has cleared you for exercise before returning to class.

Once you’ve been cleared, our team will be happy to help you choose the most suitable class format for your recovery stage — typically starting with the Essentials: Foundation Series to rebuild strength, stability, and control safely.

Please inform your instructor of any ongoing limitations before class so they can provide appropriate modifications to support your recovery.
