CRT Full Body is Ninety9 Degrees’ signature Controlled Resistance Training method: a full-body experience designed to build adaptive strength, muscular endurance, and deep core stability through slow, intentional movement under constant tension.
Performed on the Mega-Reformer, every sequence is engineered to eliminate momentum and maximize muscular engagement. Movements are intentionally controlled to challenge stability, alignment, and neuromuscular coordination while maintaining continuous resistance from start to finish.
This method trains the body to sustain precision and output under fatigue; developing strength that adapts, stabilizes, and performs efficiently inside the body’s optimal internal performance zone: 99°.

Upper Body & Core is a targeted format designed to sculpt the upper body while reinforcing deep core integrity through precise, controlled resistance.
Movements prioritize shoulder stabilization, spinal alignment, and sustained abdominal engagement, building functional strength and postural endurance without momentum.
Training on the Megaformer allows for isolation without compromise. Prolonged time under tension, eccentric loading, and micro-isometric holds activate slow-twitch fibers responsible for endurance, definition, and joint support.
The environment is focused and intentional. Instructors provide real-time correction and detailed cueing to refine control, alignment, and output.
