The Mega Reformer Method

The Mega Reformer is where the Ninety9 Degrees method actually happens.

​

It’s a controlled-resistance environment designed to keep your body working inside its Adaptive Zone. Not burnt out. Not disconnected. Fully engaged.

​

Movements are slow and sustained, keeping muscles under constant tension from beginning to end. There’s no momentum to rely on, so the work shifts directly into your slow-twitch muscle fibers. These are the muscles responsible for endurance, stability, and that deep, shaking strength.

​

The intensity is immediate, but the impact stays low. Strength builds through control instead of force, allowing the body to adapt without unnecessary strain.

45 Minutes on the Mega Reformer

Low-Impact. High-Intensity.

Our classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible across all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new to Controlled Resistance Training or already familiar with Mega reformer-style movement, instructors adapt resistance, pacing, and modifications to meet you where you are while still encouraging progression.

 

With only 12 Megaformers per class, the experience stays intentionally personal. Instructors are able to closely monitor form, alignment, tempo, and resistance to ensure the work remains both effective and safe.

 

Each class runs for 45 minutes. Programming is continuous and strategically sequenced, allowing muscles to remain under sustained tension without unnecessary breaks or momentum-driven movement.

 

At the core of the Ninety9 Degrees method is CRT Full Body: our signature Controlled Resistance Training format. These classes are designed to strengthen the entire body through slow, controlled movement, deep core engagement, muscular endurance, and constant resistance.

 

Alongside CRT Full Body, we also offer Upper Body & Core; a more targeted format emphasizing upper-body strength, posture, shoulder stability, arms, and deep abdominal work while still maintaining the principles of controlled resistance and full-body integration.

 

Throughout the schedule, members will also see rotating themed classes such as ABC: Arms, Booty & Core, Core Burn & Leg Shake, Peach + Core, and Abs & Assets. While still rooted in our CRT method, these classes place additional emphasis on specific muscle groups, movement patterns, or music themes to create variety, energy, and different training focuses throughout the week.

 

Some members attend a consistent mix of formats, while others build their schedule around specific goals, energy levels, or complementary training routines. Both approaches are fully supported within the method.

The Refuel Café

After an intense session on the Mega, refuel with our in-studio Refuel Café. A recovery-focused, grab-and-go beverage experience designed to support the body post-training.

Members preorder their drinks before class, with beverages prepared and ready for pickup as soon as their session ends. Recovery begins immediately, without adding extra stops to your routine.

Iced Coffee, Matcha, and Chai are positioned as daily recovery staples, fortified with longevity-focused protein to support connective tissue, joint and fascia recovery following high time-under-tension training.

​

The Raspberry Yuzu Protein Spritz is formulated for immediate post-class recovery, combining dual protein sources and natural electrolytes to support muscle repair, hydration, and full-spectrum replenishment.

​

Each beverage delivers up to 30 grams of protein, allowing recovery to begin the moment you step off the Mega.
