Ninety9 Degrees was built around a simple physiological truth:
the body performs best within a narrow internal range, around 99°.

Inside this window, endurance strengthens, stabilizers activate, and movement becomes more precise.

Rather than pushing the body into burnout, training here allows strength to build intelligently and sustainably.

This is what we call the Adaptive Zone.

Where Strength Takes Shape

The Mega Reformer Method

The Mega Reformer is where the Ninety9 Degrees method actually happens.

It’s a controlled-resistance environment designed to keep your body working inside its Adaptive Zone. Not burnt out. Not disconnected. Fully engaged.

Movements are slow and sustained, keeping muscles under constant tension from beginning to end. There’s no momentum to rely on, so the work shifts directly into your slow-twitch muscle fibers. These are the muscles responsible for endurance, stability, and that deep, shaking strength.

The intensity is immediate, but the impact stays low. Strength builds through control instead of force, allowing the body to adapt without unnecessary strain.

45 Minutes on the Mega Reformer

Low-Impact. High-Intensity.

Our classes are designed to be challenging but accessible across all levels. Whether you’re brand new to controlled-resistance training or already experienced with Lagree-style movement, instructors adapt the work to meet you where you are while still encouraging progression.

With 12 Mega Reformers per class, the experience stays personal. Instructors are able to closely monitor form, pace, and resistance, ensuring the work stays both effective and safe.

Each class runs for 45 minutes. The programming is continuous and intentionally sequenced, allowing muscles to stay under sustained tension without unnecessary breaks or drop-off in intensity.

Our class system is structured as a progressive training framework. At the center is a full-body progression consisting of Essentials, Sculpt99, and MegaStrength. These formats are designed to build technical skill first, then layer resistance, and ultimately develop endurance under sustained load.

Some members move through this progression steadily, while others rotate between formats depending on energy levels, schedules, or complementary training. Both approaches are supported within the method.

Alongside the full-body progression are targeted formats such as Upper Body and Core and Legs and Glutes. These classes allow for more focused upper or lower body work and integrate easily alongside traditional gym routines or split training schedules.
